Videographer

• Camera Mastery: Expertly operate, rig, and maintain a diverse range of professional video and photography cameras (e.g., mirrorless, DSLR, and cinema cameras) to capture high-quality assets.
• Professional Photoshoots: Direct and execute full-scale professional photography sessions, ranging from corporate headshots and portraiture to dynamic event coverage and marketing lifestyle shoots.
• Production Setup: Manage all on-set technical setups, including designing lighting schemes, configuring audio recording equipment, and utilizing camera stabilization gear (gimbals, sliders, drones).
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to conceptualize visual content that perfectly aligns with our educational and promotional campaigns.
• Post-Production (If applicable): Organize raw media, perform basic color grading/retouching, and deliver finalized photo and video assets within project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in both high-end videography and professional still photography.
• Deep technical knowledge of various professional camera bodies, lenses, aspect ratios, and file formats.
• Extensive experience with studio lighting, strobes, and natural lighting manipulation for both moving and still subjects.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments, ensuring no crucial moments are missed during live events or busy workshops.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve) is highly preferred.
