Job DescriptionAir Paradise Tour And Travels Private Limited is looking for an experienced Visa Executive who has strong knowledge of corporate visa processing and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end visa procedures for different countries and ensuring smooth processing for corporate and individual clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete visa processing for corporate and individual clients.
• Manage documentation, verification, and submission for tourist, business, and work visas.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
• Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, fees, and processing timelines.
• Assist clients in filling visa application forms and preparing necessary documents.
• Track visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
• Maintain proper records of visa applications and documentation.
• Handle urgent and priority visa cases efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams for flight bookings, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries when required.
• Stay updated with latest immigration rules, visa policies, and embassy guidelines.
• RequirementsExperience: 1–4 years in Visa Processing (Travel Industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Good communication and client handling skills.
