Job Description
- Document management: Collect, verify, and process all necessary immigration and visa documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all laws.
- Application preparation: Assist in filling out and submitting visa and other visa permit applications and petitions accurately and on time.
- Legal compliance: Ensure all processes and applications comply with current immigration laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on any changes.
- Client/employee support: Serve as a point of contact for clients or employees, answering queries, providing guidance, and keeping them informed of their application status.
- Liaison and coordination: Communicate and coordinate with government agencies, consulates, embassies, and external legal counsel to facilitate the application process.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications, documents, and client communications
