About the Role:We are looking for well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented Waiters to work in a Five-Star Hotel environment. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service.

• Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages as per hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
• Handle guest queries and ensure a delightful dining experience.
• Set up tables, arrange cutlery, and keep service areas organized.
• Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist in billing and table clearing when required.
• Requirements:Prior experience as a waiter or in F&B service preferred (Freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Well-groomed, polite, and presentable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• A positive attitude and customer service mindset.
