About the Role:We are looking for well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented Waiters to work in a Five-Star Hotel environment. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service.
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
- Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Handle guest queries and ensure a delightful dining experience.
- Set up tables, arrange cutlery, and keep service areas organized.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist in billing and table clearing when required.
