Job Description:

Rose Cafe is looking for an experienced and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress
• Must be able to speak and understand English fluently
• Strong experience interacting and communicating with guests
• Experience using POS systems
• Knowledge of Continental and Italian cuisine
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Provide menu recommendations, especially for Continental and Italian dishes
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
