About Us

We are a growing restaurant located in Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi, known for our warm hospitality and welcoming dining atmosphere. We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and service-oriented Waiters to join our team and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team
• Serve orders as per restaurant service standards
• Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene in the dining area
• Assist with billing and handle guest requests efficiently
• Support team members during peak service hours
• Ensure timely table clearing and resetting
• Follow company service standards and SOPs
• Report any guest feedback or issues to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or hotel service experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Good communication skills and professional grooming
• Positive attitude with strong team spirit
• Ability to handle guests politely, even during busy hours
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
