Job Description - Warden / Manager (Boys PG)

Location: Uttam Nagar East, Ramdutt Enclave

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Role: We are looking for a responsible and proactive PG Warden / Manager to manage the daily operations of a Boys PG and ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the PG
• Handle students and maintain discipline
• Bring in new students to increase occupancy
• Collect rent and maintain basic records
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate politely and professionally with students’ parents (calls & visits)

Requirements:

• Experience in PG / hostel / property management preferred
• Must be able to communicate confidently with parents
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Responsible, honest, and trustworthy
• Ability to bring and manage students

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000|
