Warehouse Cum Supply Chain Manager

Warehouse & Stores Management

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods.
• Ensure FEFO implementation, batch traceability, and proper segregation (approved, quarantine, rejected).
• Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, FDA, and local regulatory norms.

Supply Chain Planning

• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Purchase teams for timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess holding.
• Implement demand planning and material requirement planning (MRP).

Logistics & Distribution

• Manage dispatch planning and transportation.
• Monitor on-time deliveries and freight costs.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Prepare for regulatory audits and ensure SOP adherence.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, and documentation control.
• Mitigate risks related to expiry, shortages, and supply disruption.
