Warehouse Executive

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all AV equipment, accessories, and consumables.
• Perform regular audit stock checks.
• Oversee proper storage, labeling, and tracking of equipment using inventory management systems.
• Monitor equipment utilization and report shortages, damages, and replacement needs.

Equipment Handling

• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, tested, and prepared before dispatch.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage or missing items.
• Coordinate with QC department for equipment repairs, servicing, and quality control for timely despatch.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse at all times
• Implement proper handling standards for delicate AV equipment.
• Manage inbound and outbound movement of rental gear.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of equipment for events.

4. Logistics Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries
• Prepare job orders, packing lists, and dispatch documentation.
• Support event operations by ensuring timely availability of required equipment.

5. Process & Compliance

• Maintain SOPs for equipment handling, tracking, and warehouse safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

6. Team Collaboration

• Support training for warehouse assistants or junior staff.
• Communicate equipment shortages, technical issues, and logistical concerns promptly.
