Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Making consignment ready for amazon and flipkart
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits, physical stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure goods are stored and handled properly to avoid damage.
• Maintain records of stock movements, damaged goods, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, labor etc.)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (in logistics, supply chain, or related field)
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles

Prior warehouse experience is a strong advantage
