Warehouse Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The role involves managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth coordination across filling, packaging, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Track and maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

2. Dispatch & Fulfillment Management

• Monitor daily dispatch rate and order fulfillment rate.
• Implement systems and processes to improve dispatch efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure timely and error-free order processing and shipment.

3. Team Management

• Supervise and manage teams across filling, packaging, fulfillment, and dispatch departments.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain workflow discipline.
• Train staff on warehouse processes, safety practices, and quality standards.

4. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper organization of warehouse space and efficient material movement.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with operational procedures.
