Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inward and outward stock movement
• Oversee product packaging quality and labelling accuracy
• Ensure timely dispatch for Amazon (Easy Ship/FBA), Myntra, and D2C orders
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Supervise and manage warehouse helpers and packing staff
• Report stock levels, damages, and shortages to management
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience in warehouse, godown, or inventory management
• Familiar with marketplace shipping processes (Amazon, Myntra preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory tracking tools
• Ability to manage a small team
• Physically active and hands-on approach
• Hindi communication is essential, basic English is a plus
