Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure 100% dispatch accuracy and on-time Dispatch/delivery to GT distributors/ CFAs.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Drive implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse functions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

• Monitor and control material handling, manpower productivity, and warehouse expenses.

• Coordinate with CFAs, Logistics teams for smooth dispatch scheduling and load planning.

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.

• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory movement and generate operational reports , Deep knowledge of ERP functioning

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and stock accuracy.

• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team for high performance and accountability.

• Ensure timely documentation, including GRNs, DCs, and system postings.

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for dispatch accuracy, cycle count, and warehouse KPIs.

Key Skills Required:

Should have good understanding to handle small Quantities with Multiple SKUs .
