Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock records. The candidate should be comfortable working with MS Excel and Tally for stock and accounting-related entries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material movement 📦

Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Excel

Handle stock entries, inward & outward records in Tally

Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of goods

Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams

Prepare daily/weekly stock and inventory reports

Conduct regular physical stock verification

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse

Requirements & Skills:

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel (Stock sheets, reports)

Working knowledge of Tally for stock and accounting entries

Good organisational and time-management skills

Basic understanding of billing, GRN, and invoices

Ability to manage helpers or warehouse staff

Location: Rohini Sector 18 (near DTO college)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
