Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a smart and responsible Warehouse Manager (Godown Incharge) who can take full charge of daily operations.

Your kaam hoga:

Godown ka pura management – stock in/out, safety, safai aur organization.

Har item ka exact stock count maintain karna (kya aaya, kya gaya, kya balance hai).

Har chhoti baat jaanni – scissor kahan rakhi hai, kitne weighing machines hain, 52x60 gunny bag kal ke job ke liye kam toh nahi.

Staff se accha relation banana – blue collar staff aapki baat maane aur respect kare.

Decision-making power – job work, stock, aur labour se related zaroori faisle lena.

Godown ko safe rakhna – termites, paani, fire, ya kisi bhi damage se bachana.

Electrician, plumber, painter jaise logon ko kam se kam cost par arrange karna.

Jugadu nature – problem aane par practical solution nikalna.

Labour manage karna – zarurat par naye labour hire karna aur best rate par kaam karwana.

Ownership mindset – godown ko apna samajh kar chalana.

Kabhi urgent kaam ya raat ko bulayein, toh available rehna (overtime ka extra pay milega).

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years ka experience godown/warehouse management me.

✅ Strong leadership aur decision-making ability.

✅ Staff aur team se coordinate karne ki skill.

✅ 2-wheeler hona zaruri hai.

✅ 4-wheeler chalana aata ho toh plus point.

✅ Zarurat padne par loading/unloading me help karne ki willingness.

✅ Physically active aur responsible person.
