Warranty Support Specialist

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):

• Handle dealer, distributor, and customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Provide backend support related to order status, dispatch updates, warranty registration, and product inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue closure
• Maintain accurate records, data entry, and daily reports in Excel
• Follow management instructions and support internal operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling
• Strong coordination and customer-handling skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations or customer support is preferred
