Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end and/or back-end technologies, be detail-oriented, and able to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain websites and web-based applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers

Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services

Maintain website security and data protection standards

Update and improve existing websites as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in LARAVEL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (for front-end roles)

Knowledge of back-end technologies like PHP, Python, Node.js, or Java (for full-stack/back-end roles)

Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Understanding of web hosting, domains, and deployment processes

Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, LARAVEL, PHP etc.)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience with Agile/Scrum development

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
