Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications related to payment systems, merchant platforms, and internal operational tools. You will collaborate closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and backend applications
• Build, integrate, and manage APIs for payment processing, merchant onboarding, settlements, and reporting
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices and development standards
• Maintain technical documentation, system architecture, and process workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Java / Node.js / Python / PHP (any one or more)
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Proficiency in SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of payment flows, fintech platforms, or transaction systems (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers and cloud environments
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payment platforms
• Knowledge of UPI, Cards, POS systems, settlement and reconciliation processes
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Frontend development knowledge: React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
