Job Title: Webinar Sales Executive / Engagement Coach


Work Hours: 7 PM – 11 PM (Evening Shift)

Location: NSP, Delhi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy professional to join our team as a Webinar Sales Executive / Engagement Coach. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a spark — someone who can captivate audiences, build trust, and convert engagement into successful sales outcomes.


If you have a strong presence, persuasive communication skills, and enjoy driving results in a fast-paced, interactive environment, this role is perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities      

· Act as an Engagement Coach during webinars, ensuring high energy and continuous audience involvement.

·      Host, present, and sell products/services effectively during live webinar sessions.

·      Demonstrate excellent convincing and negotiation skills to convert leads into paying customers.

·      Maintain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions.

·      Take end-to-end accountability for webinar execution — from audience engagement to conversion follow-up.

·      Collaborate in strategy discussions to enhance conversion rates and audience experience.

·      Maintain a positive, confident, and energetic presence on camera with strong body language and communication.

·      Be proactive in managing sessions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth flow.

·      Ensure consistent availability during working hours (7 PM – 11 PM) with no home dependencies.

·      Prior hosting, anchoring, or training experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

·      1–4 years of experience in webinar sales, telesales, edtech, or engagement roles

·      Experience in training, public speaking, or event hosting preferred

·      Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
