Welder / Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ARC, MIG, TIG, and gas welding as required
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Cut, shape, and join metal parts accurately
• Fabricate machine frames, structures, and components
• Inspect welded joints for quality and strength
• Maintain welding tools, equipment, and work area
• Follow all safety rules and company quality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team to meet targets

Specific Requirements:

• ITI in Welding or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on industrial welding experience
• Knowledge of machine fabrication and industrial welding
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work at factory and project sites (if required)
