Job Summary

We are looking for a WordPress Website Manager to maintain and enhance our IAS Academy website. The role involves managing website content, ensuring smooth functionality, updating course details, and providing an excellent online experience for students. The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical WordPress skills, content management ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the IAS Academy website on WordPress.

• Upload and manage courses, events, notifications, results, and announcements.

• Regularly update content, banners, and images as per academic requirements.

• Ensure website is responsive, fast, and secure.

• Manage and configure WordPress plugins (SEO, forms, security, LMS if applicable).

• Coordinate with faculty and the marketing team for timely updates.

• Troubleshoot website errors, broken links, and technical issues.

• Monitor and improve SEO, user experience, and site performance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in WordPress website development/management.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with SEO practices and website performance optimization.

• Experience with LMS plugins (like LearnDash, Tutor LMS, or similar) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
