Workshop Manager

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automobile workshop. The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians and mechanics, ensuring timely completion of service jobs, maintaining service quality standards, and handling customer concerns professionally. The Workshop Manager will also ensure proper job card management, coordination with service advisors, and smooth workflow inside the workshop.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automobile service operations, good leadership and communication skills, and experience in handling workshop teams. The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining workshop discipline and safety, and meeting service targets as per company standards. Prior experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role will be preferred.
