• Handle inbound enquiry calls professionally
• Explain courses, internships & fees structure clearly
• Generate interest and schedule counseling sessions
• Follow up with leads via calls & WhatsApp
• Maintain call records and daily call reports
• Admission Counseling ResponsibilitiesCounsel students & parents about IT / skill development programs
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
• Convert interested leads into confirmed admissions
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with operations & training teams after admission
• Maintain accurate student admission data
• Target ExpectationsStrict target-based role
• Strong follow-up and conversion discipline required
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
• Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejections & pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp Web)
