Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Billing Staff responsible for preparing accurate bills, invoices, and maintaining billing records related to inward and outward stock movements. The role requires attention to detail and coordination with warehouse and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales bills, delivery challans, and invoices
• Ensure accurate entry of product details, quantity, and rates
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for outward and inward stock
• Verify stock details before billing
• Maintain daily billing records and reports
• Handle GST billing and basic documentation
• Correct billing errors promptly and responsibly
• Support accounts team with billing-related information
• Maintain proper filing of bills and documents
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
• Knowledge of GST billing is an advantage
• Good numerical and data entry skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in warehouse billing is preferred
