Job Description

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, deep freezers, cold rooms, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in RAC & HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
  • Handle refrigerant charging, gas leak detection, and compressor-related issues.
  • Ensure proper functioning of thermostats, sensors, motors, and control panels.
  • Maintain service records and report major issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and external services when required.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
