We Are Hiring For Marketing Executive – Dealer Onboarding (Scrap Metal Mandi)
Company - Attero Recycling Pvt. Ltd
Location - Noida
Profie - Sales Marketing (Field)
Salary - upto 30k CTC + Fuel Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach scrap metal dealers in local mandis
Onboard new dealers and explain company policies & benefits
Develop strong relationships with scrap traders and aggregators
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dealer activation
Achieve monthly onboarding and sourcing targets
Maintain database and regular follow-up with dealers
Requirements:
Experience in field marketing / dealer onboarding / scrap industry preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field work and travel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
