Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at PrepLadder. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
• Accurately record and manage customer interactions
• Meet daily calling targets and sales objectives

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation in any field
• 13 years of relevant sales experience
• Prior experience in medical or edtech sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
