Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and result-driven.


Appointment Specialists (Junior Inside Sales Professionals) to join our fast-paced sales team. This role involves generating qualified meetings via telecalling, building relationships with potential customers, and working closely with counsellors to improve conversion rates. It also offers a fast-tracked growth path based on performance and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call prospective clients and increase outreach via telecalling
  • Build strong product knowledge and clearly articulate value propositions to customers
  • Pre-qualify leads and route them to senior counsellors based on customer profiles
  • Counsel certain segments of customers and help them understand how Suraasa can support their career
  • Improve show-up rates by maintaining rapport and follow-ups with leads
  • Use CRM tools daily to manage lead pipeline and ensure timely updates
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets
  • Gather post-sale feedback to improve customer experience and encourage referrals
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new sales strategies and customer engagement approaches

Qualification Criteria:


  • Graduate (Freshers or professionals with 3 Months to 2 years of experience in telesales, counselling, or customer service roles)
  • Must have been among the top 5% academically in school and college
  • Excellent verbal communication and fluent English skills
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and time-management skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated, team player, and professional in approach
