*Job Description (JD):* Ed-Tech Counselor

*Experience:* 6 month to 5+ Years

*Working Days:* 6 days a week

*Note:* None relevant experienced candidates do not apply to waste your time

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to course inquiries

• Counsel students regarding technical courses (DA, BA, QA, Cloud, Java, Python, MEAN/MERN)

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

• Explain course structure, duration, fees, placement support, and career paths

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain conversion records

• Maintain student data, leads, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets

• Coordinate with training and placement teams

• Meet daily/weekly counseling and enrollment targets

• Support walk-in inquiries and admissions at the center

*Required Skills:*

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Proven sales track records

• Confident in telephonic counseling and student handling

• Basic understanding of IT/technical courses (training will be provided)

• Goal-oriented and persuasive approach

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Forms, CRM is a plus)
