Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor who can guide prospective students, explain course offerings, and support them throughout the admission and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counseling ability, and a passion for education and fitness.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries
• Explain course curriculum, fees, batch schedules, and enrollment procedures
• Assist students in selecting the right program based on their goals
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Support admission documentation and fee collection processes
• Build strong relationships with students to enhance experience and retention
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling / education sales / student advisory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Convincing and counseling ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
• Preferred SkillsExperience in EdTech / Training Institute / Fitness Education
• Understanding of certification programs and career pathways
• Multilingual communication (English & Hindi preferred)
