Academic Counsellor

We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to manage student renewals, retention, and ongoing engagement. The role involves counselling existing students and parents, addressing concerns, and achieving renewal targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student renewals and retention
• Engage with students and parents to ensure satisfaction
• Address academic concerns and reduce churn
• Coordinate with academic teams
• Maintain CRM/LMS records
• Achieve renewal and retention targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Experience in EdTech/coaching preferred
• Target-driven, student-focused approach
