Academic Counsellor – MBBS (India & Abroad)

Job Summary:AR Group of Education is looking for an experienced and dedicated Academic Counsellor (MBBS – India & Abroad) to guide students aspiring to pursue MBBS in India and overseas. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, explaining admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities:🎓

• Student Counselling Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS programs in India and abroad.
• Explain NEET eligibility, NMC guidelines, FMGE/NExT regulations.
• Guide students about MBBS opportunities in countries such as Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Philippines, etc.
• Provide detailed information about colleges, fee structures, admission timelines, and career scope.
• Address student and parent queries confidently and professionally.

📋 Admission & DocumentationAssist students with application forms and documentation.

• Coordinate with Indian and international universities.
• Guide students through admission confirmation, offer letters, and visa process (for abroad admissions).
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.

🎯 Lead Handling & TargetsHandle inbound and outbound student enquiries.

• Conduct proper follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in MBBS counselling (India & Abroad preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NEET eligibility and MBBS admission process.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle parents and students confidently.
