- Key Responsibilities:Interact with students and parents to provide information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and educational institutions.
- Understand the student’s requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up as needed.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
