Academic Head

 About the Role

We are looking for an Academic Head who will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing academic content, books, and course material for partnered universities. The role involves end-to-end curriculum management, academic quality control, coordination with SMEs and writers, and ensuring timely delivery of content for various university programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and structure curriculum as per university guidelines and program requirements

Develop and review academic content including study materials, books, assignments, assessments, and online modules

Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), writers & designers for high-quality content

Ensure content accuracy, plagiarism check, and alignment with learning outcomes

Manage academic documentation and approvals from universities

Plan course timelines and ensure on-time content delivery

Improve content based on student performance and feedback

Stay updated with NEP & regulatory guidelines (UGC, AICTE, etc.) and ensure compliance

Support universities during audits, academic reviews, panels and delivery processes

Lead academic teams (content writers, editors, quality team)

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management or relevant domain

2–3 years of EdTech experience in content development or curriculum oversight (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of higher education programs (UG/PG/Professional Courses)

Excellent written communication and content quality review skills
