Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (CA, auditors)
• Track expenses and support budgeting processes

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a startup or service-based industry
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance processes
