Job Description
- Lead overall financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for Indian and international entities.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements—P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- MIS preparation & reporting
- Oversee multi-currency accounting, consolidation of foreign subsidiaries, and intercompany transactions.
- Handle transfer pricing documentation, cross-border invoicing, and compliance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Excellent understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind-AS.
