Account Head

> Job Requirement: Head of Accounts

> Position: Accounts Head / Head of Finance

> Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and supervise the entire Accounts & Finance team.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, MIS Reports.

• Manage cash flow, fund management, and financial planning.

• Handle statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESIC, etc.).

• Finalization of accounts and coordination with statutory auditors.

• Develop internal control systems and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Vendor, client, and bank reconciliations.

• Support management in decision-making with financial insights.

Qualification & Skills

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 8–15 years of relevant experience.
