Job Description
Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager who can handle day-to-day accounting work along with office administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting processes and capable of managing administrative coordination smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts (Tally / accounting software)
- Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
- Manage bank entries, cash book, and reconciliations
- Prepare GST data, assist in GST returns & compliance
- Coordinate with CA for audits, TDS, GST, and other filings
- Track expenses, budgets, and vendor payments
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle office documentation, agreements, and records
- Maintain files, registers, and statutory documents
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and service providers
- Support management with reports, letters, and MIS
- Handle basic HR/admin tasks (attendance, records, coordination)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST basics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience in real estate / construction / SME will be an advantage
