Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive

Salary- 20k to 30k per month. (As per your skills)

Company: eVanik Networks Pvt. Ltd.

Location: D-79, Ground Floor Sector -2, Noida 201303

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Shift: Fixed day shift

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. Whether it's addressing their queries, resolving issues, or providing guidance on our products and services, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally (As Key Account Manager).
  • Provide virtual assistance, guidance & Training for the software to clients on the usage of our software products.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to convey feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
  • Assist in on boarding new clients and providing training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or account management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
