🚀 The Role (aka What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

  • You’re not just “handling clients” — you’re the closer, the vibe-checker, and the deal-maker.
  • Turning inbound leads into paying clients (yes, people already interested — you just seal it)
  • Calling prospects, understanding their business, and pitching like a pro
  • Running clean, confident presentations that make clients say “let’s start today”
  • Selling high-quality real estate leads/data to brokers, builders & agents
  • Managing client onboarding smoothly (first impression = everything)
  • Hitting (and beating) monthly sales targets like it’s your baseline


🎯 Who We’re Looking For

  • Female candidates only
  • Age: 25 – 35 years
  • Strong communicator who can switch from friendly to persuasive in seconds
  • Someone who knows how to handle objections without sounding pushy
  • Confident on calls + presentations (Zoom or in-person, no hesitation energy)

Has experience in:

  • Sales / Client onboarding / Lead conversion
  • Real estate or digital marketing industry (big plus)
