Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Controllership team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work with controllership team.  

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• B.Com graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Working Knowledge of Revenue Accounting, general accounting practices and principles  

• Core accounting activities related to revenue, expenses, prepaids and allied activities for global entities  

• Good knowledge of monthly balance sheet reconciliation with proper format. 

• Good with business insights, processes, control, documentations  

• Advanced computer literacy in M.S. Office products, especially in MS Excel (MUST have)  

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Internal Controls  

It would be great if you also have . . .  

• MBA Finance/ CA/ CA-Inter (accounting background must).

• Working knowledge of One-Stream/Net Suite. 

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills  

• Solution oriented approach  

• Willing to learn and execute  

• Adhere to policies and guidelines  

• Adaptability & Flexibility - Ready to accept work challenges  

• Good Analytical Skills - Must be detail oriented  

• Working knowledge of BS and IS flux analysis (YTD, MTM) 

What will you be doing in this role?  

• Prepares various monthly journal entries needed for reporting transactions that contribute to the monthly financial statements.  

• Prepares various monthly reconciliations ensuring accuracy in balance sheet accounts. 

• Analyses multiple accounting areas to ensure proper treatment in accordance with GAAP.  

• Contributes to the successful execution of the Company’s internal controls in accordance with the SOX compliance program.  

• Assists with timely and accurate completion of the quarterly financial statements, footnotes and supporting schedules/explanations.   

• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties.   

    

About the Team     

The controllership team plays a vital role in Accounting Function in North America region.   

Hours of Work  

• Hybrid as per Clarivate location

• Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
