Accountant

Key Responsibilities

This Job has 2 Main Tasks:

1. Accounting:-

- Maintaining Accounts on Tally

- Tracking Payables & Receivables

- Invoice Management

- All other Accounting tasks

2. Onboarding of New Restaurant Clients:-

- Collect and verify all onboarding data from new restaurant clients (menus, photos, GST, FSSAI, logo, bank details, etc.).

- Upload and configure restaurant menus, categories, add-ons, and pricing on Swiggy, Zomato, and internal dashboards.

- Check listing visibility, menu accuracy, and image quality post-upload.

- Update discount structures, business hours, and restaurant details as per client instructions.

- Maintain onboarding tracker sheets for all brands and outlets with daily progress updates.

- Communicate with Swiggy/Zomato account managers or internal tech teams to resolve pending approvals or errors.

- Ensure brand consistency across all client listings (naming, formatting, pricing).

- Prepare post-onboarding summary reports and hand over the restaurant account to the operations or growth team once live.

- Follow SOPs for documentation, access management, and backup of client data.
