Accountant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Accountant who can manage accounting operations along with statutory compliances such as GST, PF, and ESI. The candidate should be capable of handling financial records, filings, and coordination with authorities efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and books
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow
• Statutory & Compliance Work:Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation
• Manage TDS calculation, deduction & return filing
• Maintain and process PF (Provident Fund) compliance, challans, and returns
• Maintain and process ESI (Employee State Insurance) records, challans, and filings
• Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues
• Coordination & Documentation:Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government departments
• Maintain proper records of notices, tax filings, and official documents
• Handle compliance-related notices and responses
• Reporting:Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
• Assist in audits and financial reviews
• Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance
• Hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Understanding of taxation and financial regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com or relevant field
• Experience in compliance, taxation, and documentation work
