✨ About the Role

AstroInvite / Gems Invite is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations.

The role requires accuracy, consistency, and basic compliance understanding while working closely with internal teams and senior accountants.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries

• Handle sales, purchase, expense & bank entries

• Maintain ledgers and perform account reconciliation

Billing & Payments

• Prepare invoices and bills

• Track receivables and payables

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Banking & Compliance Support

• Assist with Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

• Support basic GST data preparation

• Maintain financial documentation

Reports & Coordination

• Prepare basic MIS / Excel reports

• Support senior accountant / CA

• Ensure accuracy and timely records submission

🎯 Requirements

Must-Have

✔ 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience

✔ Basic knowledge of accounting principles

✔ Working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel

✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy

Good to Have

➕ Basic understanding of GST & compliance

➕ Experience in e-commerce or service-based companies

➕ Good coordination and communication skills
