About Us

We are a growing modular kitchen company executing residential kitchen, wardrobe, and interior projects across Delhi-NCR. We're looking for a detail-oriented accountant to own project-level financial tracking and monthly MIS reporting.

What You'll Do

* Maintain project-wise payables and receivables — track milestone invoices raised, payments collected, and outstanding balances for each active project 

* Record all project purchases, vendor payments, and site expenses with supporting bills/receipts

* Inventory management – record and account for all incoming/outgoing inventory using FIFO methodology

* Prepare project-level P&L — revenue collected vs materials, labor, and overhead costs per project

* Track project-level cash flow — money in vs money out, flag collection delays

* Prepare monthly MIS report covering all active projects: pipeline value, collection status, spend vs budget, gross margins, and pending invoices

* Coordinate with the operations team to reconcile purchase bills, petrol/transport expenses, and daily worker payments

* Maintain records in Airtable (our project management tool) — data entry accuracy is critical

* Handle basic GST invoicing and coordinate with our CA for filings

What We're Looking For

* B.Com or equivalent, CA Inter 

* 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or project finance — experience in construction, interiors, or EPC businesses is a strong plus

* Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and willing to learn Airtable

* Proficiency with Tally is a must

* Organized, reliable, and able to work with a small team including non-technical site staff
