Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Noida, Sector 2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and lead the accounts team effectively. The candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overall accounting operations including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts
• Manage and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, PF, and other applicable labour laws
• Preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and coordination with consultants/auditors
• Reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and statutory ledgers
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management
• Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of TDS, PF, GST, and Labour Laws
• Proficiency in Tally and accounting principles
• Experience in handling and managing a team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
