Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for our beverage distribution business. The role requires experience in GST billing, invoicing, and compliance, along with general accounting and reporting responsibilities.

Important: 6 days working and Sunday fixed off.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage GST billing and tax invoices for distributors, retailers, and vendors
• Ensure accurate GST calculations, filings support, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Maintain purchase and sales ledgers, stock valuation entries, and daily accounting records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding payments
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation
• Track transportation, warehousing, and distribution expenses
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to verify order billing and dispatch data
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, e-way bills, and tax records
