Job Description

  • Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP.
  • Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Maintain ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws.
  • Billing & InvoicingGenerate tax invoices and proforma invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Maintain customer payment records.
  • Prepare quotations if required.
  • Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
  • Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements.
  • Maintain expense tracking and budgeting reports.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Compliance & DocumentationMaintain statutory registers and compliance records.
  • Handle E-way bills and other compliance documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
