Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Bank Guarantees (BG) and hands-on experience in Tally accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, issuance, renewal, and closure of Bank Guarantees (BG).
• Coordination with banks for BG-related documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintaining proper records of BGs, limits, expiry dates, and charges.
• Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime).
• Managing vouchers, ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Assisting in GST-related work (returns, data preparation) – if applicable.
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally.
• Practical understanding of Bank Guarantees (BG) processes.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance role.
• Experience in handling BGs is mandatory.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or corporate accounting.
